Beginner's Yoga @ Soule

Join us at Soule Branch Library for beginner’s yoga classes the first Tuesday of September, October, and November. Taught by professional yoga instructor Chelsea No, these classes are 45 minutes of practice followed by 15 minutes of meditation. The instructor will bring 10 yoga mats and some blocks and blankets; please bring your own yoga supplies if you have them. For adults ages 18 and up. All participants must sign a safety waiver before class. 

Chelsea No is the CEO and founder of CollectiveSELF, a wellness platform and intentional community using mindfulness as a driver for achieving our highest forms of love, abundance, authenticity and healing. In 2022, she decided to take the leap and quit her full-time job as a marketing associate to pursue her vision of building a wellness-based initiative rooted in deep awareness of oneself and the power of collective healing and from this, CollectiveSELF was born. In October 2023, she completed her 200 Hr Yoga and SEL Training (BreatheForChange - 2023), and in April of 2024 she received her certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. A poet and artist by nature, she spends time writing and making art from recycled materials as a way to decrease her carbon-footprint and waste, and has also recently taken up growing her own food.
