Global Sandwich - Kitchen Literacy Project In-Person
The Global Sandwich Program is aimed at celebrating the diverse flavors, ingredients, and traditions from around the world.
Each month, guest chefs will provide cooking demonstrations, tastings, and stories for participants to learn about the history, ingredients, and preparation techniques behind a wide range of sandwiches.
From iconic classics to lesser-known regional specialties, the program showcases the incredible variety and creativity found in sandwich-making traditions worldwide.
