Neighborhood Advisor Office Hours @ Soule In-Person
Joseph Ndagijimana, Neighborhood Advisor for the Center for Healthy Aging at Interfaith Works, will be available on the 1st Monday of every month from 12pm-2pm to help patrons with:

Referrals for services such as health care, legal advice, transportation, housing, nutrition and exercise, socialization, and information for caregivers.

Assistance with medical applications and enrollment forms, such as Social Security Income, SNAP (food stamps), employment, Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC) Program, and Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP).
Services are free and confidential. Joseph speaks English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili. Interpretation is available for other languages. You may drop in or make an appointment by contacting Joseph at jndagijimana@ifwcny.org or (315) 449-3552 x260.
