Join The Curd Nerd’s, Sarah Simiele, for a vibrant and delicious Cheese & Produce Pairing Class, where we’ll explore how cheese and seasonal produce can create colorful, exciting plates. Sarah is a Certified Cheese Professional and Award Winning Cheesemonger. In this class, you’ll taste and learn to pair four artisan cheeses with the late summer bounty of fruits and vegetables, showcasing how to “eat the rainbow” and bring more color — and flavor — to your meals. Whether you’re looking to add more veggies to your diet or elevate cheese beyond the board, this class will leave you inspired and full of fresh ideas!
