Edible Flowers @ Petit

Growing, harvesting, and using edible flowers in your food. We will highlight the use of flowers in all aspects of menus. We discuss the tastes, smells, and growing habits of edible flowers. Handouts include an extensive list of edible and non-edible flowers. The program also contains a discussion of nonedible flowers and precautions for safe choices for eating flowers.
