Modern Heritage Kitchen @ Soule: Sophisticated Sips & Zero-Waste Drinks In-Person
Learn to craft sophisticated, sustainable, non-alcoholic beverages using every part of your ingredients—from peel to pour! This hands-on demo focuses on time-honored techniques like creating citrus vinegar shrubs from pulp and infusing simple syrups with zest and spices. We’ll also blend tart teas to create tannic, wine-like mocktails perfect for cutting through rich holiday food. Plus, get creative tips for using everyday household items (like medicine cups, tongs, and jelly jars!) to build your home bar, making large-batch entertaining simple, affordable, and sustainable. For adults ages 18 and up. Registration is required.
